Price / Duration of Treatment

Typically for a course of solution focussed Hypnotherapy the normal number of sessions required is about 8 / 10 treatments, for phobias this is typically less and for the stop smoking session; this is usually a single (longer) session

The price for each standard session is £40 (+ travelling if home visit) - each session typically lasts about 40/45 minutes.

A Stop Smoking session is £80

The initial consultation and self help Hypnosis CD is FREE !! (travelling expenses charged for home consultations)  so we can see if you are a suitable candidate for hypnotherapy and you can meet me, ask questions and feel 100% confident in my professionalism.

Travelling expenses are discussed with all clients when an appointment is booked and agreed at this time - guide prices are listed below:

Caldicot: No charge (includes surrounding areas)

Chepstow/ Shirenewton etc.: £5 (includes surrounding areas)

Magor / Undy / Tintern / Llandogo etc.: £5 (includes surrounding areas)

Newport / Usk / Monmouth etc.: £8
